Unlimited guest photos
Bring everyone’s view of your celebration together. Guests upload from their phone browser, with no app and no guest account needed.
Your own QR code & live photo wall
Every event gets its own QR code and guest link. Open the photo wall on a screen or projector to show your shared moments.
Printable QR posters & table cards
From your event dashboard, print an A4 poster or four table cards per A4 sheet. Save them as a PDF through your browser, or download the poster as an SVG.
Photo approval & moderation
Choose whether uploads appear immediately or need approval first. Approve, hide or remove photos from your dashboard. Removed photos can be restored.
Booking confirmation emails
After your payment is confirmed, we email your event details, guest and screen links, plus links to your printable signs and photo-management page. You can resend your booking details from your dashboard.
Private gallery downloads
The purchaser signs in to download the event gallery as a ZIP file. Removed photos are excluded from the download.
Internet access is required for uploads and the live wall. Your print and moderation tools are available in your customer dashboard after your event payment is confirmed.

Event photo sharing: your questions answered
What is Snap The Photo?
Snap The Photo is an online event photo-sharing service. Guests scan an event QR code and upload photos from their phones to a shared gallery and live photo wall. It is designed for weddings, parties, corporate events and other celebrations.
How much does an event cost?
One event costs £30 as a one-off payment, including unlimited photo uploads, an event QR code, a live photo wall, printable QR signs, photo moderation, booking confirmation emails and private gallery downloads for the purchaser. There is no per-photo charge.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests scan the event QR code or open the event link in their phone browser, choose their photos, give permission to share and upload. Guests do not need to install an app or sign in.
Who can download the event photos?
The person who purchases the event signs in to their customer account to download the complete gallery as a ZIP file. Guests can view shared photos through the event link; bulk gallery downloads are restricted to the purchaser and the business host.
How does the live photo wall work?
Open the event photo wall in a browser on a screen or projector. It cycles through approved photos and displays the event QR code. The QR code, wording and photos stay inside the middle 75% of the display, leaving the outer eighth on each side clear.
Does it need an internet connection?
Yes. Guest phones and the device showing the photo wall need an internet connection. Guests can use mobile data or venue Wi-Fi.
Can I personalise the event and manage uploads?
Each event has its own name, date, venue, QR code and guest link. The event organiser can close or reopen guest uploads from their customer account. The purchaser can approve, hide or remove event photos and choose whether new uploads need approval before appearing. Removed photos can be restored.
Can I print QR posters and table cards?
Yes. Once your event payment is confirmed, open the print tools in your customer dashboard. Choose an A4 poster or four table cards per A4 sheet, then print or save as PDF through your browser. You can also download the poster as an SVG. Test the QR code with your phone before your event.
Will I receive a booking confirmation email?
Yes. After your payment is verified, we email your event details and links to your customer dashboard, printable QR signs, photo management, guest uploads and live photo wall. If you need another copy, use Email my booking details in your dashboard. Check your spam or junk folder if it has not arrived.
Are event galleries publicly searchable?
Event galleries and display links are unlisted and marked not to appear in search results. Anyone with an event link can view its shared photos, so share the QR code and link with your event guests. Purchaser accounts and bulk downloads require sign-in.
